Executive Board of Fundacja Dom Kultury
Justyna Domasłowska - Szulc, President 
A polonist and theologian by education, cultural animator. Justyna co-founded the Polish Council of Christians and Jews and worked as a volunteer in many non-governmental organisations. She was an assistant to the Chief Rabbi of Poland, Pinchas Menachem Joskowicz. She is also a co-author of a book about his life. Justyna ran an event company, Biuro Królewny Piki. Since 2007, she has been a member of the executive board of Fundacja Dom Kultury. She coordinates projects in the female prison at the Detention Centre Warsaw Grochów. Justyna has been awarded the Silver Badge of the Minister of Justice for her merits in penitentiary work. She received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the programme "Civic Activity" in 2015.

Małgorzata Brus, Vice President
Małgorzata is a graduate of cultural studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She’s a costume designer, culture animator, photographer, and creator of costumes for Valley of Issa, Siekierezada, H.M. Deserters, children's series Miss Wet-Head, Szaleństwa panny Ewy, The Secret of Sagal and the Złotopolscy soap opera. She’s a winner of many photography competitions, including the Golden Aperture in 2010 and 2011. Since 2012, she has been working with Fundacja Dom Kultury as an animator, initiator and coordinator of projects. She runs the prison blog eWKratke. 
Małgorzata also works with the Fryderyk Chopin Institute and the Centre of Polish Sculpture in Orońsko.

Beata Matusiak - Bulak, Member of the Executive Board
Beata is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. At the Fundacja Dom Kultury, she runs financial operations and is a GDPR specialist. She’s associated with Toastmasters International, where she pursues her passion - public speaking. She belongs to the Top Careers Toastmasters club and in 2017, she was a member of the Club's Board of Directors - a Director of Administration. 
Privately, she’s an owner of rottweiler dogs, passionate about canine sports, and a fan of swimming and advanced fitness, especially Les Mills programs.

 Ada Szulc, Member of the Board
A Master’s student in Global Refugee Studies within the International Relations programme at Aalborg University in Copenhagen. She holds a BA in Eastern Studies from the University of Warsaw, during which she also studied at the University of Bologna in Bologna. She has gained professional and research experience in international environments – she completed an internship at the Danish NGO HopeNow, which supports victims of human trafficking, and at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tbilisi. She has conducted research projects on humanitarian work in Sarajevo and on the situation of people displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in Yerevan, combining fieldwork with social and political analysis.
She has been associated with the Dom Kultury Foundation for many years – initially as a volunteer, and currently responsible for social media communication and promotion, as well as co-coordinating international projects implemented within programmes such as Erasmus+ and the International Visegrad Fund. In her work, she combines organisational experience with social sensitivity and a strong interest in migration, human rights, and non-formal education.
