‘In a Grid – on beauty’, special issue

Thanks to the grant our Foundation received from the YES Foundation as part of the ‘Creating a Better World for Women’ programme, we realise a very interesting project for women serving a prison sentence in Warsaw’s Grochów district. As a result of writing and creative workshops and cultural education workshops devoted to different dimensions of beauty, a special issue of the magazine ‘In a Grid – on beauty’ is created. The editor-in-chief of the issue is the writer, poet, playwright and educator, Marcin Cecko. The art director is the artist Małgorzata Jabłońska from the Graphics Department at Wrocław’s SWPS University. We anticipate publishing the issue in April 2025. The printed version will go, as usual, to all prisons in Poland so that it can be used by inmates, and the electronic version will be available HERE – where previous issues of our magazine are available at the moment
